Everyone has at least one recipe that comes to mind that always brings happy feelings, and good memories of childhood, family, friends, etc. That recipe could be the one you wish you would have taken time to right down and keep forever. For me, my late Aunt Midgalia’s Chicken Salad recipe is the one I regret not asking her about. Boy was it good. Down to earth, no frills, very basic chicken salad.  It is this that inspired me to blog my family and friends recipes. Time passes at lightning speeds and eventually we have to say goodbye. I figure, this blog is one way to keep the memories and recipes alive.

It is my hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do, they really are good.
